How Damien & Steph Surprised Their Guests with a Coffee Cart

Planning a wedding is all about creating memorable moments — and Damien & Steph wanted their big day to feel thoughtful and enjoyable for every guest. That’s where our wedding mobile coffee cart came in, serving freshly brewed espresso, hot chocolate, teas, and other beverages throughout the celebration.

Setting the Scene

The wedding took place at Vines of the Yarra Valley in Melbourne, with 120 guests. Between the ceremony and reception, guests of all ages — from kids to grandparents — had a chance to relax and mingle. Steph & Daien also wanted a way to keep themselves energised before the ceremony and make the day comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.

Our Role

We provided a fully staffed mobile coffee cart, complete with professional baristas and a menu designed for all guests:
